Hi, I’m Laurel, a perfectly imperfect human with a huge heart. I’m a nerd for self-development and optimizing human potential. I’ve done my own inner work so I can guide others on their journey, helping them find solutions and methods that work for them.

Why do I specialize in working with men? In a world where men and women are often at odds, I believe the only path forward is in coming together. I offer a female perspective to my clients who are seeking greater connection and intimacy with women. 

As an entrepreneur, I have forged an unconventional path to financial success and personal freedom, and I can help you do the same. 

In 2017, I started my first business as a freelance project manager for creative agencies. Shortly thereafter I left my home in Colorado to travel the world, working remotely as a digital nomad living in 34 countries. I left everything behind, fleeing heartbreak and tragedy, and along the way, I uncovered my true passion and purpose in life. 

In 2021, I began working as a life coach, and ever since I’ve continued learning how to help myself and others to build a better relationship to self, and better relate to others, as a result.

We’re all in this together, and through love and connection, we can build a better world.

Love is what it’s all about. It is the key to happiness and all things good. As individuals, we are all connected to everyone and everything in our environment, whether we acknowledge it or not. While fear separates us temporarily from one another, love brings us together in unity and strength.

Truth is an essential tenant for healthy relationships. Communication crumbles when it’s not built on a foundation of honesty. Though it’s not always easy to speak the truth, integrity rots away when honesty is not forthcoming.

Life is precious and worth celebrating in each and every moment. It is a miracle that any of us are here living this wild experience. I believe in honoring all life, including humans, animals, and the natural world that surrounds and sustains us.

Transcendence is the experience of going beyond normal limits or boundaries. Whether accessing higher states of consciousness, finding moments of flow and absolute presence, or continually growing and developing as a person, transcendence is essential to well-being.
