Well-Being Coaching

Well-being coaching is a form of life coaching developed by The Anthropedia Foundation. The Anthropedia Foundation is a non-profit organization that promotes well-being through health and education initiatives. It is run by the Anthropedia Institute, which is an international group of health and well-being experts. These experts come from the fields of medicine, psychology, art, education, and public health. Members of the Anthropedia Institute study the most effective, scientifically proven practices in their fields, and develop comprehensive strategies to improve physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Well-being coaching is a methodology built on the belief that well-being comes from finding balance in your physical, mental and spiritual health. Therefore, in well-being coaching we focus on all three of these aspects in every session. Each session is made up of three components: body awakening exercises, a guided study of Anthropedia’s Know Yourself curriculum and co-active life coaching.

Life Coaching

Life coaching allows clients to explore a broad range of topics affecting their personal and professional life. In life coaching a collaborative relationship is formed in which the coach and client work to achieve personal development results, evaluated by you, the client.

The aim of life coaching is sustained cognitive, emotional and behavioral changes that facilitate goal attainment and performance enhancement in your personal and sometimes also professional life. Coaching is a systematic process to foster the client’s self-directed learning and personal growth.
